Shorter portrait or ceremony-only bookings may be available on weekdays, outside the main season or at shorter notice.

WHEN YOUR WEDDING TAKES A DIFFERENT SHAPE
Not every wedding needs the same shape or amount of coverage. From an intimate ceremony story to a multi-day destination celebration, we’ll begin with a relaxed video call and talk about what you want to remember.
From there, I’ll create a clear proposal with a small selection of coverage options shaped around your plans, locations and timeline.
Additional coverage on the wedding day
If the celebration naturally continues beyond the booked coverage, staying longer is usually possible.

The Wedding Photography Process
I. Inquiry & CONNECTION CALL
Send a message or book a complimentary 20-minute online connection call. We’ll talk through the overall feel of your day, your wishes for the photography and whether my approach feels like the right fit.
Based on our conversation, I’ll create a clear proposal with a small selection of coverage options shaped around your plans and what you want to remember.
Detailed timeline and location planning happens after booking, so this first call stays light, focused and easy.
II. Booking
Once we’ve found the right collection for you and you confirm the booking, I’ll send the contract and booking invoice.
The booking fee is 500 € (non-refundable) and secures your date in my calendar. It will be deducted from the final balance.
III. Planning
After booking, one detailed planning call is included. Most couples use it closer to the wedding day, when the schedule is clearer.
If you need guidance earlier, we can use this call to shape the overall photography flow first, and final details can be checked by email closer to the day.
Additional planning support is available if your celebration needs a deeper or more complex planning process.
IV. Final Invoice
Around one month before the wedding, I’ll send the final invoice. Once it’s settled, everything is in place and we can focus fully on the wedding day.
V. The Wedding experience
I’ll be with you for the agreed coverage time — and longer if needed.
I document genuine moments as they unfold and shape them into a visually strong story that feels natural and unhurried.
VI. Sneak peeks
Within a week after your wedding, you’ll receive a selection of sneak peek images.
VII. Final Gallery
Your final gallery is carefully curated to tell the complete story of your wedding day. If you prefer a more extensive collection with more expressions, in-between moments and variations, you can choose the Extended Gallery.
Your final gallery will be delivered within two to three months after the wedding, depending on the length of coverage and the season.

For multi-day weddings, destination celebrations or more complex timelines, additional planning support or a separate consultation can be included in your tailored proposal.
Can the coverage be tailored?
Absolutely. Every wedding is different, and coverage can be tailored depending on your plans and schedule.
How many photos will we receive?
The final number depends on the length and flow of your wedding day. As a guideline, you can expect approximately 50 edited documentary images per hour of coverage, plus your wedding portraits and group photos.
Your Final Gallery is carefully curated to tell the complete story of the day — without filling it with unnecessary repetitions. If you’d love a more extensive collection with more expressions, in-between moments and variations, you can choose the Extended Gallery.
How many black and white photos will there be?
Black and white images are part of my visual style.
The exact amount varies depending on the light, atmosphere and moments of the celebration.
Do you guide portraits or is everything documentary?
Portraits are built more around atmosphere than posing.
I guide gently when needed, but many of the best images happen in between — in movement, glances and small gestures.
That’s why the portraits still feel natural and truly like you.
What if the schedule changes or the celebration continues longer?
I don’t stress about small schedule changes — I follow the natural rhythm of the celebration and focus on the moments that matter most.
If needed, coverage can easily be extended with additional hours.
Will our photos be used in your portfolio?
Yes, I use selected images in my portfolio and on social media, as this is an essential part of how I show my work. I always publish thoughtfully and with respect for privacy.
Identifiable portraits are not published without prior approval. Images of details, atmosphere, backs, surroundings or non-identifiable moments may usually be used without separate permission.
If privacy is important to you, we can discuss it in advance and include it in the agreement.
Is wedding videography available?
Yes. I collaborate with a small number of trusted videographers and can recommend someone whose style matches the atmosphere of your wedding.
