As much in advance as possible to ensure the best possible date for your session. However there're always free spots here and there so do not hesitate to drop me a message with just a few days notice!
I'm also mom, as you probably noticed already, and at least some preplanning is must have :)

Usually, family session takes one to one and half hours. Strictly one hour in the studio. Kids are slightly unpredictable creatures, so it's always a good idea to book some extra time for the session to avoid unnecessary stress :)

I highly recommend to take your time before and after the session. Slow down a bit. You may like to visit your favourite cafe after the photoshoot.. or maybe go to a movie? Whatever makes you happy <3 It's your day.

Sure! I know what works best in pictures and will send a guide for you to get the better idea of "go-to" and "no-way" looks. You can also send me your options so we can choose one or two outfits together for the best result!

Well... Tell him how important it is to you. Tell him how much you love him and how much you want to remember this wonderful season of your life when kids are small. Praise, praise, praise! Promise him (and kids) something cool to do after the session is over (you know what, right? ;))
For my part, I promise you that he's going to be surprised at how easy it all was. And. He'll be obsessed with those beautiful pictures of you together!

Nobody knows! Rare of us is a professional model :) But for sure everyone - more or less - feels awkward in front of the camera (even me, although I know what to do!).

With kids is pretty easy though! Prepare to play with them, move a lot, walk, maybe run. For sure - to hug, kiss, hold hands..

I'll throw you ideas and suggestions but will never force you to do something you don't like or can't do. I will guide you gently and watch for the best angles. So all you will need to do - to be yourself and enjoy the session!
